Not sure if calling it an Eco-Park is a way of easing it into an area that would otherwise be opposed to a landfill or if there are other reasons. When I think of an Eco-Park, I think of an area people go to to see nature. Maybe it's different there. I know I wouldn't be thrilled to have a large landfill right next door to our property. I mean an Eco-Park and a Landfill are two things that just don't mix in my mind... Maybe make a landfill with all the trees and such in an effort to "filter" the thing, but don't call it an eco-park, because what it really is is a landfill surrounded by trees. Know what I mean?
