But with every newly announced resort/subdivision, especially of this size, it really makes me wonder if it can be avoided. Another ferry would help and is also a possibility. i am glad that i am looking into properties on the far side of the island towards the ocean far away from any potential overdevelopment by wayward developers (this is not a dig at samal highlands or other responsible resort owners who may be doing it the right way.)
