Hi Randy, I don’t know if it is just me, but I ‘ve entered this post several times now and the picture of the map print will not load. At first i thought it was just that time, but since it hasn’t appeared even once, then something is not right.

Hi Ellen – the map doesn’t load with the post or when you click on the map to enlarge it? I’m not seeing any issue here, but I’ll give it a look within IE through Windows.

Thanks for letting me know (but I’ve no idea at this point).

update: I made a change to the file size, please let me know if it works for you now. Thanks!

Its working now – at least for this post. The same issue for when I click on the picture link under sponsors. The picture there does not load either.

Hi Ellen – I emailed you to clarify. I think I have it taken care of. It seems to work on our version of IE with Windows now.

    hi,

i’m a first time visitor to samal and was wondering if i can get advise as to how best to get around the island when i visit.

i’m going for a wedding and was wondering if there are rent-a-car services available in the island? i tried to arrange with the resort i’m presently booked in but was advised that they didn’t have this service.

would appreciate any input right now.

    thanks

Hi Benj – rental cars aren’t very common in the Philippines, as I understand it. You should be able to get around with the normal modes of transportation, such as taxi, trike, motorcycle, etc. Regardless, it’s all inexpensive. I guess it depends on what you are planning to do on the island.
