Costa De Allea Update
I recently received an update from the developers of Costa De Allea Resort Village. This high end residential subdivision located in Limao, Samal District, Island Garden City of Samal, not far from the Paradise Island Resort, is now liscensed to sell. What may be appealing to some is that this is residential only, not a resort destination.
On the 24th of December 2008, we received our License to Sell and Certificate of Registration coming from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board. It is a milestone for us because this is the most important license that a developer has to acquire in order for the subdivision to be legal in all aspects.
I would also like to inform you that we have been considered as the Model Subdvision by the City Council of Samal. Mainly because we presented a subdivision that is friendly to our environment. For instance, we have a 3-way septic system and our own Sewage Treatment Facility. But most importantly, the City Council commended our open beach walkway because this allows the sea water to flow freely. Therefore it does not affect the ecological system at all.
Amenities include (updated from previous article):
* beach resort for the home owner’s use
* perimeter fence
* gate and guard house with 24 hour security
* concrete roads and drainage system
* park and playground
* light and water lines with water tank
License To Sell No. : 20251
Certificate of Registration No.: 16817
Prices are P5,000-7,500/sqm with lot sizes ranging from 180sqm to 481sqm.
The fact that they have addressed the the sewage with their own treatment facility, and are environmentally friendly are definitely considerations when looking for land on Samal.
