It hasn't been like this when I left for Canada. At that time, people were still scared to be in crowded areas.<br/><br/>This is good because it keeps the kids away from trouble. A lot of times, when the kids can't go to school, and they are not working, they are hanging around gambling and drinking, or just fooling around.
