Hi Tone - thanks for the comment and stopping by. I guess Playa is moving along now. I know I've been contacted a couple of times from their sales team wanting to sell me a lot. It should be quit an addition to the island.

I'm not heading back for over a year, but I'll grab some photos next time. It should be pretty far along by then, if not done.

I was at Playa Azalea during their ground braking ceremony/party. It's a nice place. I think the good party also about that place is that it's look at the city center of Davao city and not the industrial side of Davao city. Can't wait to see that place to get fully developed.

Hi Bob - thanks for the clarification about Holiday Ocean View. They have a nice map on their site that shows it at the very Northern tip, as you say. I knew it wasn't very close to Limao.

I'll be looking forward to both of your videos, but especially Playa Azalea. I was hoping you'd get around to shooting some of that. I'll probably link to that, if you don't mind.

Hi Macky and Randy - Holiday Ocean View is not very near to Limao. It is in Ilihan as Macky said, on the very northern tip of Samal, just across the gulf from Panabo. That's a good 30 to 40 minutes drive from Limao.

On my site on Wednesday, I have some video of Holiday Ocean View that I'll be sharing. Also, I have video of the Playa Azalea that will be on my site soon (maybe next week or the week after).

Hi Macky - thanks for the comment and link. I had heard about that previously, but I guess I've sort of forgotten about it. I started to focus on the Playa Azalea project when I realized it would be so close to my property.

The Holiday Ocean View appears to be a smaller development. They both seem to be very nice, and as you said - I sure hope things are done the right way with regards to the development of the island as a whole.
